Penn State Health (PSH) is a multi-hospital health system serving patients and communities across 29 counties of Pennsylvania. PSH partnered with Amwell in 2018 to enable their hybrid care strategy, including direct-to-consumer interactions with Penn State Health OnDemand, scheduled visits, and virtual primary care. The health system also leverages Amwell Medical Group®️ for staffing support, enables virtual ICU consults with Amwell Psychiatric Care, and powers telestroke services with Amwell Carepoint devices. Since moving to the Amwell Converge platform in 2022, PSH has seen patient and provider satisfaction rates well over 90%.
