Job-related stressors exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic increased anxiety, depression, burnout, and other mental health issues among healthcare workers. During the pandemic, the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) faced an urgent need to support the behavioral health of their healthcare employees and ancillary staff, with limited resources. In this infographic, we highlight how Amwell Automated Care Programs helped UCSF triage employees and provide behavioral healthcare tailored to individual needs, facilitated by chat-based and live telehealth navigation, assessment, and treatment.
