LMH Health improves bedside nurses and patient experience with virtual nursing

LMH Health, based in Lawrence, KS, has been partnering with Amwell since 2019. In early 2023, LMH migrated to the Amwell Converge™ platform to better expand its hybrid care strategy. The health system launched its Virtual Nursing strategy, and later that year adopted Amwell Carepoint™ TV kits in medical surgical units to further bolster the program. Here, LMH Health discusses how the Converge platform and its Virtual Nursing program have helped the health system alleviate burdens on bedside nurses and improve the healthcare experience.
